I had doubts mainly about two things: how my team should be structured, and regarding my expenses and what the profit margin should be in our pricing. My doubts on both of these things were cleared. Additionally, after reviewing my listings, ads, and other products, he guided me on how to move forward and what specific areas I need to pay attention to. He also mentioned he would provide a sheet - or rather, guidelines - on how to list products properly and what the person doing the listing should look out for.
The session was really valuable gave me clarity on a few key areas I was stuck on, especially around content creation. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out and possibly going deeper on this soon.
